| Hi all, need some tips for Palm Resort JB. Anyone know the recent condition of Palm Resort ? i played Palm Villa during Dec. That course was very bad.
Appreciate your inputs.

| Played in November, if i rate NSRCC as Very Good, I would rate it as Good-. Definitely better than villa where I played in Dec too. IMHO. | |

| Allamanda is still the best amongst the 3 courses, I play there weekly. Ponding occurs on the fairway during heavy downpour but the water gets drained away after about 1 hr, however the all bunkers tend to flood after rain. Their management knew about this and are going to rework and remove some of the unnecessary bunkers.
Also undersood that they are setting up new nursery within Palm Resort so we will see better fairways soon.
I did rate the 3 courses as 7/10 while I rate Seletar CC as 9.5/10

| If you are comparing malaysia courses, apple to apple instead of singpaore and malaysia courses, Palm resort is above average.
Hope that helps | |

| honestly speaking, I think palm resort's standard is pretty ok and generally well maintained. They have one of the better drainage systems among courses in JB. Last I played was about 3 weeks back. Now if you look at the recent weathers where it's usually pouring in the afternoons most days, there's nothing much to complain about the course condition at palm resort.
like the previous comments, if NSRCC is very good, this would be above avg to good. Chempaka would be the most challenging, Allamanda would be the easiest among the three.
