New Diamana Ilima - Arriving next week

Hi Mr DGman,

Are u capable of shafting Titleist 907D2 driver? It is integrated to the clubhead using bore-thru method.

Hi Turbo...

the titleist drivers are a piece of cake compared to the FT series with graphite top. Even that is a 5 minute job to unshaft.

we also happen to have spare hosels for 905 and 907 drivers, in case of breakages.

for the 905 and 907 we can do thru-bore or build to any depth from 1.5 inch from the hosel.

Dear Eric and Ivan,

I am so sorry that I missed this post. I was recently away and I picked up one of these shafts. If I had seen this post before leaving, I would most certainly not have bought it from the overseas vendor. The price that I paid for it is not important as I would have preferred to support good clubmakers such as your good selves. Trust that my next Graman or MRC purchase will most certainly be from you, for you certainly add to the pleasure of spending money.

we looking forward to helping you choose the right combination using the right shaft on the right head. its not too difficult with an accurate launch monitor.

we will be bringing the TrackMan outdoor this month. there is the OCC carnival and we will use it for either Longest drive contest and some fitting.

heres the shaft but its not for sale as it is the demo piece.

the products will be delayed a week.

the black is the limited prototype Black Stinger which is made of boron. they will only made 2000 pieces worldwide.

S70B, you need to advice weight and flex and i suggest S instead of X. apparently the Black Diamana Stinger is hard to get and the guys in US are paying US$1k a pop.

Got the ilima installed on my driver and it's fantastic! My gf now thinks that I'm having an affair with it...

sold out of the stinger, but i managed to get 4 more (1X60S, 2X70S and 1X70X), but looks like half sold before it arrive.

i am glad you guys like the Illima.

I am a avid user of Daimana shafts -Red Board for 2 years, I was the lucky few who managed to get a hand on the New Red board-ilima 3 mths ago (purchased with hard earned money). I will not go into the differences between the old and the new red board ilima in terms of the specs.

PERFORMANCE AND PERFORMANCE which is the most important for me......... both my Diamana are tuned to the same frequency (236)and length(45 1/4") on R9 with swing weight of D4. and at nutural setting, Grip size 3 plus 1. golf pride rubber, so with all specs being constant, I can have a true comparison between old and new.

Driving range at (SICC Island location, 15 range balls each) old red board carried min 205m-210m max, ilima 209m min - 215m max.

Dispersion both comparable 8 m left and right,

Ball flight, old red board higher than ilima by 3m (visual estimation) both did not balloon

Feel - the ilima gives much better feel in terms of loading and release of shaft-solid feel - no give at impact.

Spin on various golf course did not disappoint at all, infact carried longer on the ProV 1 (10 to 15 m more than the range ball. Best of all, need not have to work hard for the distance.

Verdict- a very happy golfer, if only my swing speed can be higher I will try out the STINGER and be very very very Happy , but for now I will stick with the ilima and dream of the stinger!!!!
