| Just for the record.. she putted out of the bunker to about 8-10 feet, and made the putt for a sandy par on an index 2 par 4 at ponderosa hole 16 to level the game with me. She then went on to par the next par 3 with an amazing putt to go 1 up on me! She outdrove all 3 of us guys on many holes yesterday... Never believe her reaction after she hits her tee shot... "OH SHIT!!! #$%@!!!" and the ball lands in the middle of the fairway.... | |

| I can vouch for mloy ... it is true that her average drives only CARRY 170m-180m ... usually on low trajectory which results in quite a lot of roll ... so go figure what the final distance is ...
plus the 40-80m difference between the red and blue tees, as guys you better be driving 240-280 (total) if you want to be next to her after the tee shot ...
However to be fair, her iron distances are likely to be much shorter that all the male opponents she plays with
So to make things relatively fair, i.e. both opponents taking roughly the same club into the green, unless you are a long hitter, playing off the white tee with mloy on red will equalise the distances, and probably increase the enjoyment
Of course, the above only applies if the red is significantly further forward than the blue and white tees. If only 20m diff for Par 4 and 40m for Par 5, just take it in and play.
If that does not work, gently try the following *at your own risk* on the putting green:
1. "So, are you keeping your putter face square or opening it slightly then closing it slightly?" 2. "Mloy, can teach me? For short putts, should we use the forearms, shoulders or wrists to control or should we try to relax everything?" 3. "Do you transfer your weight or keep your lower body still when you putt?"

To add another Derek. "Mon, this hole, all of us putting for bogey. If she going for par." | |

| I think bunkers are her kryptonite!!! kekeke Her iron distance also quite scary. We were both about 140M out, to an uphill green and she pulled out a 7 iron, and i was like.. "YOU SURE?? Cus i'm hitting a 7! and she landed just short of the green while i ended up in the bunker. Needless to say who won that hole! kekeke I think for her its whether she wants to or not only lor. she seems to do very well on index holes. and blow those easy ones. Probably cus no challenge for her. hehe. She usually does very well on cookie holes. Must birdie to win her. | |
