Accommodation is affordable, Clean new and in city centre, I can get at USD$30. If you want 5 star same as sheraton, I can get corporate rates at New Wold Hotel for about USD$120.

Golf games, depending on which day you play, can be as low as USD$50 for Green Fees + caddy. Check with Asahi, he came twice to HCMC.
