my dearest mloy,
like the many times we have mentioned this at OCC cafe after the game with you happy and full from your latest victim ...
If you CONSISTENTLY play to your handicap, your handicap is too high ... LOL!
based on how the USGA handicap index is calculated, you should play to your handicap or better less than 25% of the time, even if you play to your handicap half the time, your handicap is probably to high
However, please do not confuse this with GR (golf republic) hcap index, I will write an elaborate post in a new topic explaining this
p.s. aren't you getting tired of your hcap starting with 2?

Hi Mloy,
I have a very special christmas gift for you ... and you won't even need to wait till 2013

Hey Derek, tell me now what's the special christmas gift. I know its not special but tell me anyway. (biting my nails in anticipation.... nervous).

Started playing golf again 3 month ago after a decade gap! 2013 will be playing more games and meet more people and customers.
