| No offence bro but if you can ask more specifically, I believe some experienced and kind bro/sis here should be able to help you. Your questions are too vague already. Too many stances, grips and take aways out there. | |

| Here are a few videos to help out with the basics. The standard grip is pretty common across all teaching methodologies. The stance/setup and takeaway differs in some of the various swing methods that are out there in the golf world (e.g. stack and tilt vs. harmon methodology vs. Leadbetter method, etc.)

Proper take away:

Hope these help out a little. I am sure that if you are interested there are plenty of good instructors on this board or here in Singapore that could help you further with some in person lessons.

| Its actually quite hard to determine what your needs are:
Your grip will relate to your body and wrist angles, if the body angles are incorrect so will your grip!!
The takeaway is also determined by:
body angles initial turn direction wrist angles
All of these would need to be assessed by actually teaching the individual and seeing and interacting with the pupil.

| At first I suffered fm serious inferiority complex coz of my swing
Since knowing that tommy 2-glove can win , my confidence improved
To me there is no perfect swing or grip

To me there is no perfect swing or grip Now that you remind me, when I first started golf, my right hand got numb easily so I wore 2 gloves with baseball grip as well (difficult to use interlocking grip with 2 gloves because of thickness). My shots were straighter, longer and seldom sliced with the baseball grip. I don't even know why i switched back to interlocking grip..... Next round I'm switching back to baseball grip.
