There are 2 carparks there (marked by "CP"). I think WMF is referring to the one on the left, i.e. on Seah Im Road.

Both can park at the same rate, but the one on nearer to Marang Rd is usually full house (because it has less space and is more convenient - can cross using MRT entrance etc) but worth a try. The other side have more spaces available. Note that you can also take the shuttle bus from the interchange behind Seah Im.
