In the last couple of months of driving past it... Have only seen 1 unit being lit up in the evenings!

There are security guards and cleaners working in the day but in the evenings its like an abandoned building

Still new, will be filled up in no time. Wait till you see the cars in the basement; millions dollars idle doing nothing....... Just thinking; if you left something in yr car, how? Go Basement & wait for car to come down, take your stuff & let the car go up again? Very troublesome leh.....

if i'm not wrong, you still have access to your car once you're on your floor... and i would buy a place there... i just need 2 mil for the lambo, 2 mil for the ferrari and 8 mil more for the place... so in total, 50 mil shld cover all of the extras la...

Hey, it's true u know! No, not me owning or living there. U have to part with yr car before the lift sends it up to your apt. And you can't access your car when you're up in your apt. Lame, right? That's why didn't buy lor....

I wonder how come they cannot lift the car together with the passenger inside to the unit, like those normal car lfit? Also what if the lift break down?

Development is along Scotts Road... Next to Sheraton Hotel!
Units range from 8-9 million.

There is a basement carpark for additional owners cars.

Rumor in the market is that the entire development was recently sold to a China Fund.

I read wrongly, I thought they opening another LV or TAM at Scotts Road.
