Many "first times" in a day

So many "first time" events in happened in a day that I feel like writing down to keep myself motivated and remind me of the joy that golf brings to me when I play horribly in future.

1) First time go golfing with 2 flights of GR bro's in JB
3) First time par for Par 4
4) First time par for Par 5
5) First time GIR for Par 5
6) First time hitting 100 (just can't break)
7) First time not losing any balls
8) First time not feeling disappointed with myself after a round of golf (haven't played much rounds to begin with though.... only 4th round since I started solo-ranging 2 yrs 11 mths ago)

Golf is a beautiful game isn't it? It's all about yourself and your own result vs expectations...

I remembered I was so happy when I broke 100 some years back... Now and then I still cherish those moments when I played above 100....

But it's just numbers.. To me one of the most important things is company.. A great company washes the huge numbers away..

Anyway today JB weather good? I don't think we enjoy very good weather in Sgp today eventhough able to finished 18 holes today.

Thanks guys! Yup Palm Villa. Today weather very good. First 9 cloudy sky (white clouds not dark clouds) so very cooling. 2nd 9 1st few holes sun came out but after a while covered by clouds again. Only met with very heavy shower on the way back to SGP.

Anyway well done, I assume you played palm and putra??? go try some other courses the next time, some decent course in JB, like Ponderosa, JGCC, TPGCC, Palm Resort??? Of cos HH too, but wait until Johor Open over.

Nope today is Palm and IOI... Of course, will definitely try to slowly try all JB courses..

Anyway just a piece of advice for newbies going to courses in JB, whenever you go some bush to look for balls, pls sweep with your clubs 1st.....hor

Going into deep bushes reminds me of golfing at Legends when they have had china caddies. Saw some uncles who went into the deep bushes with their caddies and took them a while to re-surface.

CHINA CADDIES......Must go Legend....

They still have china caddies in Legends? HH left with only 1.

Now no more china caddies liao. The funny thing was that we wouldn't get any china caddies when we played on Sunday. Rumour has it that the caddies who worked on Sat went out with the golfers and didn't report back to the club on Sunday. I guess that is why we don't see anymore china caddies.

From one of the caddie in HH, I was told their work permits not renewed, maybe that's why not renewed.

haha...if a few dollars can see the nature of the person...that's worth paying...haha..

"Small" is very subjective ... $50-100 may be a small gamble to one but BIG gamble to another... You bet small small with the former they won't feel motivated to play ... You bet BIG BIG with the latter they'll stress until cannot play ...
