| Anyone know of similar services like VPost? I'm buying some items from US but they don't ship outside the US. I only know of VPost. Any cheaper or better company to recommend?? | |

| You can compare the rates, fees and services of the two before-mentioned forwarding companies along with other better-known ones in the US at usa-package-forwarding-comparison dot com
Not affiliated and they don't sell anything but is a good way to compare before committing to the wrong service!

| I used vpost in 2010-11. same or higher price but lousier service and longer shipping time.
comgateway charges USD 45 for a 2lbs/5kg volumetric box (thats a box for 35 inch long clubs e.g. wedges or putters). they provide repacking/consolidating if you are repeat customer

| Comgateway for me. Vpost have a bad reputation for poor customer service and delayed shipment etc. hardwarezone forum have many complaints about Vpost. Comgateway uses DHL which is decent.
USPS is slow
DHL and FedEx have been awesome fast and updated tracking , DHL delivers on Sunday as well .
UPS don't deliver on Sunday and worst of all they don't update shipment.
These are my experiences so far .

Is it safe to ship in loose bag? I'm shipping a putter over from the US if anyone wants to join me. Thinking of using comgateway.

I'm shipping a putter over from the US if anyone wants to join me. Thinking of using comgateway. If you're buying from those 2nd Swing , Global golf etc, the clubs will be place in a box with insert to hold the head to prevent unneccssary movement of club in transit. So far i received one hybrid and wood both packed same way, usually it will be more cost effective to get a couple more clubs as they charges by volumetric weight which is heavier than the given load itself.
