Read in latest Golf magazine about this amazing tiny personal gadget the 3BaysGSA which works in conjunction with an app on ur smartphone... a v cheap n effective way to monitor/analyse ur golf swings at the range practice, very much like the more expensive Trackmans/ Flightscopes all for S$295 @ Champions Golf Academy Singapore. Found this video on the net on it. Wonder if anyone tried it yet and can give some pointers if its really a worthwhile investment?
Hi bro u mean the 3baygsa is $295 . I think,is a good product .
Thanks for sharing
Yups the 3BaysGSA as listed in latest issue of the free GOLF magazine u get at the range is $295. The product comes in 2 colors - white for Apple iphones and black for the Android smartphones
Yes, I got a few from a distributor friend previously and sold it at cost to a few guys here. I left one myself and I find it useful when you are practising in the range, and having the GSA captures your swing data.

Excellent idea for the attachment, but the data provided is far too basic ... take a look at swingbyte, much cheaper too!
looks like 2012 will be the battle of the pocket swing analyzers Swingbyte, Swingsmart, itrainer, Pocket pro and now from Hong Kong the 3BaysGSA... only seen this super basic writeupof both the Swingbyte and the 3BaysGSA... http://www.mynegm.com/golf/equipment/techno-golf-2012/ So far few reviews or comparisons bt the various offerings...

- 3Bays simply classifies Face Angle and Club Path as Square/Inside/Out etc whereas Swingbyte outputs the actual degrees (a la trackman, but obviously not the same accuracy)
- 3Bays simply outputs Clubhead Speed, whereas Swingbyte outputs the Clubhead speeds throughout the entire swing ... quite cool for training
- 3Bays doesnt output AngleOfAttack nor Shaft Lean at address&impact. Swingbyte does
- Swingbyte is cheaper
If only SwingByte's attachment were better, it'd be awesome!

Hi
note that these are swing analyzers, NOT ball flight analyzers. They may correlate with trackman data, but its not perfect. Example, if you hit a thin shot, your swing may look great, data from the swing analyzer looks great, but actual ball flies only a little. But then again, these devices can be used without a ball too!
