| the reason for back pain is because of putting.
If one take too many putts...tht means one will need to mark the ball many times and that will mean that one will need to bend down many times to do that.
As such, to avoid back pain....its best to minimize number of putts

Simply, it because you are good and hitting down on the ball into the matt OR you are hitting too many balls in the driving range | |

| I used to have back pain whenever i play golf. Not the muscle ache type, rather its those "sprain" kind of pain. That prompt me to search around for the reason and for myself, i noticed that it could be due to the typical "tilting", or "reverse pivot" type of swing i had. Changed the swing. Life is better now. Whew... | |

| haha, i think it's more about hitting too many balls in a short span. and also maintaining the address posture for a prolonged period on the mat. on course, you don't have that much time cos' the flight behind's chasing! | |

| Usually a strong kick in the spine is good enough to cause back pain for me. | |
