legs to a cart bag

i got a cart bag...maxfli something, something cheap from golf bargains.
question is : can i fix legs to make it a stand bag?
i have an old wilson stand bag whose legs i wish to transfer to the maxfli...
any ideas where to do it and how much is the transfer?

With time n effort ($$$) anything is possible... but this project of converting Cartbag to Standbag is going to take alot more effort then its worth...


My suggestion is to get rid of both n buy yourself new Standbag..

That would be a v tough job as the cartbag is bigger n heavier than a standbag and getting the balance right will be a big problem. The flimsy legs might not be able to balance right w the extra weight and size + also centre of gravity would be off. Just my immedidate thoughts on ur idea....

i believe buying a stand bag than making one urself too, there's a few bro here selling those stand bag at a good prices here.

where can i get a decent new stand bag at <100?

i think it would be better if you buy a stand bag instead of turning your cart bag into stand bag. will look weird i guess, size is too big.

I have a TM stand bag which I will be selling off soon. I bought it at golf direct 2 months ago for $130 or so. You can have it for $50 if you want - I bought an Ogio stand bag so I don't really have a need for it anymore. Condition of bag is very good. Only brought it to the range. I don't have pictures of it atm, but if you are keen I can take pics tonite and post it online.
