| My understanding is that the development may be financially challenged.. And for quite sometime now. So may not be in a condition worth playing. | |

| Good place to wakeboard though Why don't you go to JB to play? Palm Villa is close and good. | |

| played there 1 or 1-1/2 yrs ago. the place is like a rundown kampung. only my flight and no one else. ghost town, man. changing room is so dark and rundown. fairway still bearable but greens are terrible. bumpy n many dry patches. forget abt putting. 1 or 2 holes were closed if i remember correctly. Never go back again! Sheer waste of time. | |

| Crocs has been spotted there.. on and off lah.. Yes, I believe they are trying to do up 9 holes.. but that news was sometime back already.. I guess the only thing they can afford now is talk abt it? But really I think its a pity coz that place is actually quite nice. | |

| I been there just recently as about 3mths back..... most of the comments here are almost accurate in terms of changing rooms, run down facilities or no facilities at all but it is after all a cow grass course so I personally think to have a practise game with no marshal chasing you is not that bad a deal. furthermore, as some have commented, only so few flights playing, muligens galore here are a god send...... and I agree with SiaoKao the place is actually quite relaxing | |

| I wrote this one a while ago, before the place went to ruin, the Hotel used to be good. I don't know where the pictures went http://www.singaporegolfservices.com/sebana.html | |

| That's a pity, it's used to be a good course, with the ferry to the doorstep. | |

| When you got crappy greens, the type of grass on the fairway matters little. | |
