wonder if any fitter here apply the mentioned rule of thumb when they ask certain golfers to try shafts?

more release: lower Center Flex/Butt Flex
less release: higher Center Flex/Butt Flex
higher launch: lower Tip Flex/Center Flex
lower launch: higher Tip Flex/Center Flex
