Titleist 910 adaptor Empty
PostSubject: Titleist 910 adaptor   Titleist 910 adaptor I_icon_minitimeMon May 14, 2012 9:55 am

Hi, my adaptor on my shaft seems to have a gap between it and the ferrule. its quite small, maybe 2mm thick, I am not sure if it was always like this or it just came loose recently. Is it safe to hit the driver? I am unable to get anyway close to a fitter at the moment as Im still oversea and have exams at the moment.
Have anyone experienced this problem before? Is it a case of lack of epoxy or is it normal?
any help would be welcome!

cheers

Hi, I've got the same problem. From what I've heard, it's just a cosmetic issue and does not affect the performance.

normally, the issue with tht is the ferrule is loose and shifted up, if it really is the adapter, then you better go check it but 99% of the time, its just the ferrule

910 seems to have this issue, crayon had a gap too, something abt the adapter fit. Like a thread off or something.
