Date of Medal : Monday 30th April 2012 (Eve of Labour Day Holiday).

Format of play : Stroke Play - HCP Index: “P”= 0.1 – 7.0, “A” = 7.1 – 11.0, “B” = 11.1 – 18.0, “C” = 18.1 – 24.0, SNR = (55 yrs & above), PC = 24.1 -PC & L / Jr = 1 – 36.
Category : Men, Ladies, Junior, Senior, Guest & PC Division (Subject to changes depending on the response. T & C Apply)
Registration : 7.00 am onwards at main club house lobby. / Breakfast at Lakes Cafe

Tee Time : 7.43 am onwards – Two Tee Start (6 minutes intervals)
Entry Fee : Laguna National Member-S$70.00, GAZ Member-S$230.00 & Guest-S$250.00
Includes : Green Fees, Buggy Fees, Breakfast & Lunch, Prizes and Goodies
Closing Date : Monday 16th April 2012 at 12.00 noon. (Late Entries will not be entertained)
