Planning on a 2D1N golf trip to Malacca ..
anyone interested?
planning to drive up on the 22nd May n back on the 23rd May .... total of 2 rounds of golf..

| aloyboy...depend on where you stay.. I suggest the convenient place to stay will be at the Kings hotel . Its between melaka town and the golf course,since transport not an issue. The apartmen ( 3 bedroom may cost ~rm310 per night.) can have card game and MJ ) 10 mins to tiara, orna/ayer keroh.sharing basis..with 2 round of golf may cost , sgd 200 excluding food. | |

| yes, staying out of Melaka town is better. Going into town for makan, massage n drinks in the evening only. then drive back to hotel. nx day golf n come back.

Kings hotel is a bit rundown... But is really near both golf courses.

| Actually stay in Melaka town during wk days should not hv too pack traffic.
I suggest u can stay in Avilion Legency is about $180 per night or Holiday Inn about closed to $300 where you can hv nice sea view hotel n it near to the jetty just infont of the hotel lobby whereby pub and happening place.

| If you juts need a clean bed to sleep , air-con and decent wash rooms, there is a low cost hotel, very new, near the bridge next to Mahkota Hospital, called One On One Hotel. Rate of RM78 nett per room, promotion. If you twin share, it's very economical, only RM39 each.
Since you drive, you guys can stay there and cross over the bridge to Melaka Raya for good restaurants, massage and drinking holes after the game. I checked in my golf friends there 3 weeks ago, all happy.
Also, ample parking lots just outside the hotel, which is part of a shop lot.

Location is very near the gold course.
RM 168 incl breakfast.
