ever had a ball stuck infront of a tree which there is no way u can swing to the ball ? try a wall !!!! miguel angel jimenez on a european tour in 2010 british open he over shot the greens landed infront of a wall look below see how he pitch back to the green instead of dropping ball

Its always amazing to see how professional did it with such ease with these type of shows. I always wonder if they actually practice them... i.e. hitting in ponds, driver off the deck, reverse loft shots

They are provided sets... We have to use our own money to buy them sets! Don't think anyone will think twice bout taking a drop if faced with the same lie

That's the famous road hole at St Andrews, many balls end up near the wall for some reason, probably due to a failed attempt at a cut shot.
Hitting it against the wall is a better option than having no stance and declaring the ball unplayable, so they do it.

True! Agreed w JonL_TK. It ll oni happen if e bets was v v heavy!! 250 250 500 Otherwise i rather drop n plus 1 stroke pen.
