I responded to Titleist on the email address they provided , but haven't gotten any acknowledgement email yet ... is the next step just hearing from the courier directly??

Check the email address they provided.... in their initial email to me, Tom's email address was missing a "c" in "acushnet"...

That being said, the balls were couriered to me with a letter from Tom... no email acknowledgement from Tom... guess cos he's receiving too many emails

Got my NXT Tour S (yellow) yesterday ... and tested them a bit on the course today ... performance is solid ... length of the tee ... some spin on the greens ... overall , not bad at all !

got my yellow ballz yesterday....cant wait to play with them...visually very nice, almost glowing..wife though it was luminous, very visible even in dark conditions.

More spin, other than that very similar ... Oh and yellow!!!! Still early days though, used it for barely 2 holes
