you need to play with Slinger or Capt.

will improve your stroke negotiation techniques for sure.

7-7 you might as well give her range card.

We did..Gave them a 'nice' warning after the 3rd time that they almost killed us!! Thankfully they behaved after..

Thoroughly enjoyed myself though. Probably the most beautiful and best maintained course I would ever play in a long long while. Perfect pristine condition!!
Thanks to Moon and Sunny too for being great flight mates! And for getting us GRians a chance to volunteer and play on such a beautiful course!

Looking forward to the next installment already... Very Happy Very Happy

Beautiful course, awesome green. Soft fairways. I love Gardens especially hole 15 and hole 18. Think I won't break 100 if playing from blue thruout.

The only thing is the kerosene smell on some holes and the jet noise, well we can't have it all Laughing

Yup! 15th is my fav hole (not bcoz I was marshal there Laughing)

From the tee, it looks intimidating, bunker left, water right. But turns out fairways pretty wide once u arrive.

I hit a good drive, and an even better looking hybrid draw shot to set up my approach shot away from right bunker 120m away fr green (where Techno guarded all day). But Water on left was blind area bcoz of a mound blocking my view from fairway. Ball went to water Very Happy

Green is narrow but long, pin placed way right next to steep slope towards bunker, water and rough. Approach to center, and two putt for bogey.

Very fair hole, long hitters also can't cheong bcoz of the green side hazards, narrow green. Short hitters got chance if can place their shots.

I got bogey but still smiling.

Mine is the par-3 8th hole.

An 8 iron tee off with a baby draw for a 12 ft left to right putt.

Hit it firm and tracked it for a birdie for a finish !!!!!! Very Happy

Weather was perfect. Course is definitely superb. Green is super fast. Flight mates are marvellous!

Bro TS, my apologies for the lousy partner you got against the BVA.... Have indeed put in a good fight.... however, out of the 7 pars I got, they managed to scratch 4 and won 2 while we have already lost the battle before I got the last par. Gomenasai...

Mloy's signature scream "Oh No"! and "Oh Shit"! always have her drives landed far and on fairways. Best part is when she got 2 on the green while our dear friends were still focusing on their putts on the green.... I hope my Ball shout did not affect that brother's putt.... Smile 2 years still never change. hahaha....

Kat's ball can skip on water and get par. Anyone who needs water skipping balls, do PM her. She'll give you a good deal. hehe....

By the end of 11th hole, we have lost 5 holes.... no choice but to chiong... but the buayees were sitting on a swing waiting for our balls to go for a dive in the water due to scorching heat... thereafter, I gave up and decided to let them take my life.... Lawyer TS, is it against the law for commiting suicide as such in Singapore context?

Mloy, your score 99.... TS 104..... I got 93.... you asked for 7/7? shaking head... hahaha..... certainly live up to your reputation BVA! hahaha.....

Nevertheless, my flight mates are really great and we had so much fun together. Thanks TS, Mloy, Kat!

Not forgetting Moon who squeezed me in and Malcom for guiding me and our team during the tournaments. Also was nice to met up with many GRians.

Till we meet again.

Cheers!

LLP.

BTW, would like to warn you guys about buggy safety.

Pls do not speed while you are on the buggy.

Yesterday morning , a lady flew out of the buggy while her husband was speeding round a curb. Her face hit the curb and she broke her front teeth.

So....pls be careful.

Thankfully it did not happen to us.
