Is it the whole stick of the club ?? shipping is around 45 USD

99.5% rating and over 31k feedback. Should be ok but I did see a couple of neutral / bad ratings. Never bought from this seller before so can't vouch personally.

Most of them are used item

Does it make a difference? If the seller is credible, his products (used or brand new) should be good. Likewise, if the seller is not credible, you could buy a brand new tee off him and it could be made of dung.

My experience with online retailers is that even though they may 99.8% positive rating, your transaction might fall in the 0.2% that's negative.

I once bought a driver from an online retailer with 99.6% positive rating. In the end, the driver came, brand new, but was the WRONG driver. Tried emailing, calling, leaving negative rating on EBay. No response whatsoever from the retailer.

I guess when it comes to online shopping, there is still some element of risk, nothing beats walking right into a shop and grab whatever you want ya.

But if you find the savings is significant, why not ya?

If you bought it on eBay and used PayPal, you can lodge a complaint. I've done so before where the item did not match the description. eBay investigated and promptly had PayPal refund my money in full. Didn't even ask me to return the item.

Use http://toolhaus.org/ to search for an ebay seller's negative feedback.

Actually there was not alot of "harm" done, the driver that came is the same brand, had the same loft, flex and length, just that it's one model back. I didn't pursue it as much as I would have if a totally outta whack driver came.

But good to know that there are avenues for redress :-)

As I am a lefty so its very hard for me to get clubs here in Singapore so I resort to buying online. So far I must say that I am lucky that those sellers which I have bought from are reliable and the clubs which I have bought from them are as what they have claim to be on ebay.

jus remember to only buy from top-rated sellers and only use paypal to make payment

I bid successfully from a Ebay seller last week. Until now the seller no respond to my email at all. Lucky it is a COD
