Masters Prog in SG

Off Topic abit... Just want to seek some opinion about Masters Program in Singapore.

There are tonnes of schools offering MBA in Singapore so how do I choose one? Looking at MBA with Marketing...

Any advice on which school to choose and how to choose?

You looking at full time or exec program?

I'd go with those having strong alumni network and a good mix of international students. Insead is one. I Have a few friends who studied there and am impressed with the quality/diversity of alumni and how close they are.

I looking more for Part Time evening classes kind :p

Do not go for cheap MBA, you would rather not waste your time, go for those as mentioned by pushslice with good network and diversity.

NTU - The Nanyang MBA course.

Very good but very X too.

Last year was there and quoted course fee: SGD 55K/- What a Face

One of the key points in doing MBA is networking. Heard ppl tie-up biz and doing start-ups in MBA courses. And my personal view in doing MBA is 1 for networking and 2 if you are already there in your career. If not, no point using a MBA to apply for jobs... Smile

Had a fren did an MBA, company didn't really acknowledge its usefulness and he resigned, and ended up worse off in a smaller comapny. Another fren did a MBA with MDIS and do not think help much in his career, he's resigning soon.
