CNY = 23 Jan (1st day of CNY)
CNY2 = 24 Jan (2nd day of CNY)

Whether to play both days or just 1 day and which day depends very much on the list of interested parties.

One thing is certain is I plan to tee off as early as possible in the morning so that we can still have a good part of the afternoon for the usual CNY commitments.

Do take note of NSRCC rates during holidays for non-members. Quite steep.

I have just received a letter from NSRCC for approval of ordinary membership. I will now need to submit the respective documents etc before my membership is being acivated within 2 days.

However, the membership term will only start at the first day of the next month.

My question is am I eligible for the member's rate if I wanna play on the 23 & 24 of this month in NSRCC CHangi?

U may want to check with the membership counter. I believe they will rebate you membership price after the active date you mentioned. So, probably before that yo pay full guest price first and they rebate you in later bill. Hope that I am correct here

I think daniel is correct. happened to me before when i WAS a member there.... I accumulated like 5 receipts and claimed the difference when membership was activated.

hi begbie,

once your membership is activated, i.e. 2 days after you submit the docs, you will pay member rate even if your membership term has not started.

the start date of the membership term is for purposes of calculating the date your term will end which will be 31 jan in your case. so yes, i believe everyone gets slightly over 2 years (or 5 years, whichever the case may be) of membership in total.

the above was my experience having joined nsrcc a few months back.
