nothing works for me today....tee off lousy, fairway shot always duff, people chip to get ball close to hole, i chip..ball goes even further, and cannot even hole a 3 foot putt...almost 3 putt every hole...sigh !!!

ya man...it's like "WTF" on every hole.....it's the first game in year 2012, and i'm doing this to myself...sigh !!!

Jake drive sooooo long

Really enjoyable game today. Weather was stunning!! First time playing with golf_snowman (a real pleasure to meet you, bro!). And a chance to play with Jake Tang and Eiji again (both really great guys).

(Before I forget, Jake had a killer drive... 280m. Ok, so it took a ride on the buggy track but I believe it was intended, i.e. he aimed for it!)

Overall, not too unhappy with my game. Gotta keep my ball in the fairway. No point playing cute cause it'll come and bite. There's a lot of room for improvement but given that I don't practice and my coaching comes from watching Channel 213 and Duval_S, I guess I can't expect too much.

Some things I learned today:

1. Just because a person decides to tee-off with a FW doesn't mean he can't hit a driver, especially if he claims that he CANNOT hit a driver.

2. Just because a person says that he hasn't been playing golf for months and only played 10 times in a year doesn't mean that he can't whoop you upside down.

3. Just because you do a good deed by booking the game for your friends doesn't mean that they won't all 25 you nicely.

4. Just because you have been to China doesn't mean that you have _really seen_ China

Yeah, killer fast game!

And it helps that you were just sending all your balls much further than expected.

Got to have a good lunch with good friends (Ms. Lee decided to honour us with his presence). And I was back in time to pick up my boy from daycare! Woot

My lesson learn from today's game :

1. To have less than 5 hrs of sleep before the golf game will put u in 'zombie' mode at hole 1 tee box

2. Do not attempt to conduct any experiment especially on your eyesight (like wearing contact lens only on 1 eye ended up with double vision) for your golf game

3. When you can only tee off using FW, just stick with it, dun backside itchy go use driver
