Found this from golfwrx.com.....these were taken at the 15th hole at the LPGA Titleholders tournament......very interesting numbers.....maybe we should start comparing with the ladies instead of the PGA guys?...


Yani Tseng - with driver

clubhead speed - 98 mph
ball speed - 144.6
smash - 1.47
launch - 11.3
spin - 2619
carry yds - 229.0

Na Yeon Choi - with driver

club head speed - 95 mph
ball speed - 141.6
smash - 1.49
launch - 14.1
spin - 2580
carry yds - 222.9

Michelle Wie - with 3 wd

club head speed - 97 mph
ball speed - 145.9
smash - 1.49
launch - 9.6 (yes this was her 3 wd launch number - she hit a stinger)
spin - sorry I missed this
carry yds - 218.1

Belen Mozo - with driver

club head speed - 94 mph
ball speed - 140.5
smash - 1.49
launch - 11.5
spin - 2592
carry yds - 219.3

Wendy Ward - with driver

club head speed - 95 mph
ball speed - 141.2
smash - 1.49
launch - 12.8
spin - sorry missed it
carry yds - 223.3

Christie Kerr - with 3d

club head speed - 91 mph

It may be too early to say, but i may have achieved my goal already....by trying to hit it harder, i was overswinging....so i've gone to my short swing but have changed to a more in-to-out swing...had pretty good results recently hitting about 210-220m total distance and have eliminated the nasty fade/slice that was plaguing me ......i think maybe that's it for me for now....will be hanging up my clubs for a while......
