Took my first ever swing in Jul at age 44!!

That's exactly what a 62 year old golf kaki told me! He say he is 62 and still playing!!

I know someone who is 78 and still walk 18 holes everyday!

Welcome uncle sunnydaze. I started 4-5 years ago, but still feels like I am just
starting. I am 40 now.

Welcome, no problem. I started 3 years and 4 months ago and I am now 54 but very young at heart though

One of my frd who can drive(250m) longer than me(220m) and his age is 62 shameful on me Nobody is too late to learn and welcome.

Currently using a loan set, Nike Slingshot Tour with original graphite shaft. Think it's the 2006 model. What do your guys think of this set for a bigginer.

Fantastic set

Spoke to a fitter while getting a "fitted" set for my 8 yr old son when a parent told me the Perry gear my son is using seems a bit short for him. Son is only into his 8th lesson.

Chatted with the fitter on how i feel with the current set and he got me to try a set the shop is selling as well as the below, both steel shaft. The one below actually feels better and the ball went stright and further. But i hit too few shots to be sure.

Since i just started, was thinking maybe i should learn and improve correctly and not slowly improving and perfecting the wrong ones. so maybe a less forgiving set? on the other hand, i dont want one a set that i cant handle.

I think i am addicted to golf.
