hi folks,

i'm moving to a new place next month and is currently trying to find a moving company. I will pack/unpack the boxes myself and just need help with box supply, furniture dissambly/assembly and obviously transport.

Do you have recommendations from personal experience? When I moved into SG, I used Allied Pickford, pretty good but bit too ex for a local move. My budget is +/- $1K

Will be getting quotes from companies like Shalom, Collins & Astro. Are they reliable? Any horror stories?

I've cyc movers when I moved from Ghim Moh a few years back. Not bad and very reasonable prices. I think you can google their addresses online.

I just did my move from Bedok to Seng Kang by Singapore Mover.

They are quite reliable.
The movers are late for 10 mins but they apologize and are quite polite.
