| For sharing only...and more importantly, this review does not imply that what I used is better than others....
My recent game on the 6th was a breakthru. AFter 3 games ...I really felt the advantages of using my purchase of a 're-furbished' 909D2 driver.
Prior to this I was using the nike sumo driver (1st gen).
What I gotten was very evident....drives were straighter with my 'screw-up' swing...and what makes it more shiok was there was a baby fade....
and what is more evident was....ITS MUCH FARTHER THAN WHERE I ever been.....resulting in me hitting a 2nd shot that was alien to me.....ie shorter irons
The highlight of the day was on the long par 4.....I outdrove all my flt mates even bro 'who has a nick of a joint which runs by Sing Pool'...hahahahah
I stood there siliently ...of coz of calling that out to my flt mates...and we all spent one min of silence to let that set in....of coz with me pinching myself ..just in case.
I am just wondering now...how will a 909 fairway wood be like ?????hmmmmm

| not to rain on your parade, but I think Bob was intentionally laying up on his drives, I only saw one hole when he really ripped it | |

| Aiyah...i where got lay up..my drive short short one.... Bro Duval, your drive is definitely long and straight like using a ruler. I think every drive is on fairway. If you want to match the 909 driver with a 909 3 wood, 15 degree, let me know..hehehehe... | |

| hahahaha...I still adjusting to the Ping driver mah... all the while using longer then 45 inch driver now suddenly play 45 inch driver, feel funny so short. But, I am doing something about it and this driver will reach its potential distance using my swing ...hehehehe | |

| since this is about the 909, i'll give my review too to complement my B2M mate's I used my 909D2 for most of 2009, especially paired with a used Proto K 70X shaft. Man that combo was superb, felt like I can hit as hard as I can and ball wont miss too far away. some months ago some ground baggage handler in Changi or SFO broke the shaft so I had to get a new Proto K. Funny thing is the new shaft didnt give the same comfort. My drives became wild, so I stored the 909 and ho-ed with r9 and adams heads. Still never as good as the first combo. On a game with ZX in Sept, I had the worst ever driving game using Adams 9064/ProtoK. Hooks and Slices lost me 4 balls in one 9. Feeling desperate, I took my 909 again from storage and put on a Prolaunch Red Axix bought from bro Ultraman here. Suddenly in a game with Blee/Dtan at OCC, I found my confidence again. Straight drives and to my usual carry distances 200-210 depending on quality of impact. Any distance > 220 is purely wind affected. My SS is only ard 95mph so I'm just avg hitter. 909D2 9.5 with a low launch shaft like prolaunch red eliminate my ballooning drives, and reduces my misses. The feeling of flushed shot is also good. Metallic sound, and not loud. On a game with two Ping G20 bombers recently, my 909D2 performance was not too shabby at all. Dun feel the need to buy a new driver for now, i dun want to mess up my comfort/confidence again but now my itchy backside is giving me hints that I have an unused Adams 9064 with a Proto K 70s, which could be made over into a FUBUKI K + 909D2 if I can find a second hand head at reasonable price | |

See???? I know you were holding back. The only hole you ripped it is the 4th hole dog leg right with a mound on the dog leg. The one I topped the approach shot but heng heng ball landed on the green in two, | |

| the one on marketplace is 10.5. I'd be looking for 9.5. I want to give the adams 9064 head one last chance to redeem itself. but my next game is only on Dec 9th | |
