My Barclays Experience.....with titleist

Earlier today, I had the privilege of playing in the Pro-Am event at Serapong, all thanks to titleist! Very Happy

Thanks to them, I got to play with Asian Tour pro, Siddikur.

If you must know, Siddikur had just flown in this morning from Shanghai after the HSBC Champions and then there he was, all ready to go out and golf with us three amateurs.
Mind you, he finished the whole 18 holes with us!

It was also my virgin game in Serapong and I am glad that I was given this chance in such a pro setting, never mind the first tee jitters. hahahahaha

In the pro-am team event, our team was slow to get going but in the end, we managed to come back with 12 under as a team and with a good chance to be among the top 3, judging by the strong cross winds condition, especially from hole 4 to 14.
Siddikur was a pleasure to golf with; always egging us on to get the birdies and to hole the pars to get the nett birdie.
Alas,, we were a birdie short of 3rd placing in the end.

But all in all, it was a fantabulous day out on Serapong and I only had titleist to thank for.

Congrats Asahi! How was putting on 12 stimp like?

I agree Titleist SEA rocks! They helped me too in finding my 909 shaft. Kudos to their customer engagement initiatives.

but yes, i have to say that the pros tht played in the pro-am are really nice...

i didn't attend the serapong one this year cos i got to play at the hugo boss invitational game yesterday and i got to play with Oliver Wilson who is such a nice and helpful guy....

I need another 2-3years of golf before I can contemplate playing in a pro-am without being an embarrassment to myself, you got skills!

But the experience of playing in an event like this should be special.
