2012 Puma Golf

Heard from the Grapevine...

1. Rickie Fowler will no longer be with Titleist but will play Cobra

2. Ian Poulter will cease to wear FootJoys and will not be in any Titleist/Footjoy commercials

3. IJP line will tie up with Puma Golf and be called IJP Puma Golf


The third line would be interesting for our local market as Grand Slam Golf is the exclusive distributor of Puma Golf Apparel and Golf House is the exclusive distributor of IJP Apparel.

Wonder how this collaboration will affect both parties

2012 Puma golf has nice golf bags....

And 2 of them will be reaching our shores by this month...courtesy of Shamusan with some help from me.

I hope both can ride on each other's strengths - PUMA has the cult factor in design, while Golf House has the network in SGP. I don't really see IJP in this game at all. Moreover, PUMA is very good in doing "cross-overs" with various brands and designers. But if the 2 companies wish to kill each other, then I think it would be silly. As you said, see how it goes...
