Emails to my Inbox...Pls help

Hi , I am getting many emails to my inbox for posting on the forum. Si pek chiak lak....Can someone advice me how to disable this?

move yr eyeball to the lower right side near the end of the page, there is a link says "Watch this topic for replies" or "Stop watching this topic".

Can follow missmoon way, or can do the "global way"... I think so only lah.. I not so computer savvy...

Click on your preferences and edit lor...and don't forget to hit the SAVE at the bottom...
