I'm new to here and looking to learn from the pros here!! =)

Just started golfing and would love to hear some suggetions on choice of clubs and if any one have any suggestion for a coach for PC n HC too...

i got my PC from OCC and coach name is David, i still have not got my HC thou. well maybe you want to try it out. for club wise you can let the coach recommend to you, otherwise i suggest you go get 2nd hand clubs first no point investing too much now as you do not know your capability yet. try not to get jap type of cheap clubs ect... you are going to feel the pain physical and wallet. i personally still prefer Ping, Taylor Made, Adam golf etc. resale price also better. let me know if you need to know where to get 2nd hand good set.

As for the clubs which place do u recommend? i only knw the ones at far east and creative golf...

i used to get from greenfield (Far East shopping centre L2) but recently notice a little expensive for 2nd hand iron set calling for 1k ++, therefore might as well check out the forum here (marketplace forum) they have good bargain here. check the link below i was quite tempted.

if you ask bout brand i say go for the angmo brand, like Ping, TM, Titleist. i used to get Gosen (Japan brand and spec) as my virgin set. i was having pain and aches all over quite bad experience. so after changing i don't have all these problems anymore and one more critical point is the resale value is high on the angmo sets.

anyway when i took my lesson in OCC, my instructor used to lend me a few clubs to try and practices therefore you do not need to hurry for clubs now just read more and hunt. alternatively get your instructor to recommend you some clubs.
