Golf equipment in NYC?

Hi everyone! I will be heading to NYC end Oct. Was wondering if anyone has recommendations on where to get golf equipment when I'm there. Thanks!

Yes yes... golf stuffs are way cheaper in US. I would suggest you buy an entirely new set there... you'll come back very very satisfied, especially after comparing to local prices

I've been to both above mentioned store. Personally, i prefer Golfsmith.

Inside Golfsmith, there's like 3~5 bays, all equip with LaunchMonitor.
And beside the bays, there are bags of demo club...driver,hybrid,fairwoods,irons...etc
Nothing like the proshop in SG.

But i actually bought a Cobra driver New York Golf Centre and hand-carry back to SG,
as it was nearer to the hotel i'm putting up with.

You should try the PGA Superstores in Texas or Georgia. 8-10 bays of LM and indoor practice bunkers and chipping green too. The putting green is like the size of 1/2 of GH taka. Looks like a golf Wal-mart in its size.

Am in NY now. Heard the golfsmith doesnt carry heads only.

Wil check out both and give FR

CT still has sales tax. Tax free state has to be New Hampshire, but not many golf shops...
