I am playing but I now got a buddy who suddenly decides to join as well. So the event organisers may need to do some adjustments to fit everyone in so that we can be in the same flight.

Anyway, I understand from them that there are currently 3 flights reserved for GR on Friday.

I too have emailed them the form but have not gotten a reply yet.
