| Tried a 62 last week... and all I can say its really for a specific purpose - the just goes up n drops in front of u, quite similar to a 60... I guess a 64 does about the same thing..
Hope this helps... | |

| If I recall correctly, the 64 deg wedge was developed in response to the super slick greens the PGA tour pros play on, not quite the case here in the tropics. Still, it might help those who have trouble stopping the ball on the green.
Like a 60 degree wedge I believe it requires very precise contact since it has very low bounce. There is also the possibility when playing this from the rough of sliding the wedge under the ball without moving it.
Not for the faint hearted since you have to have the confidence to be aggressive with the swing to get the ball to move.

| My game's gone to the dogs for the moment. So you say whether I've been playing much or not? Played yesterday or should I say tried to play, still as bad. Saw you in JB town. | |

Why so pessimistic? Come on! You can do it! Ps... When do you want your revenge? Back to topic... Tried my friend's 64*... play the same like a 60* but ball launch like lop shot... If u cun hit a decent lop shot, try hitting a 64* with a regular swing... Do the trick pretty well... But a bit wasteful to keep it in the bag considering the fact that how often u hit a lop shot in a game?

Working on my swing for bird vs chipmunk part II. Akan Datang! Agree with you on the 64 deg. Think it's too one dimensional a club to deserve a permanent place in the bag. Can't do much else with it except to hit a bird flying overhead.

bro ... I would say defintely a club reserved for better ball strikers only but for you definitely no problem ... why not borrow one from Sham and try out?
