From this google map, unless you stay Jurong area, else using Woodland causeway seems to be nearer and pay less toll.
From past experience, I always try to reach causeway at about 10.00 am to cater time for heavy traffic. If end up early, can have more time for lunch and follow by warm up in the range (but this range thing never happen, too lazy), shop the golf shop.....

| Folks, it appears that I may not be able to participate in the game after all. My son is running a high fever (just got back from hospital) and I doubt I can head back to JB this weekend for the game.
