| Ya man... I was surprised, the person receiving the punch stumble back and fell off.
Imagine if the feller is still around, he can start writing a book about taking a punch from Bruce Lee and live to tell the tale..

| Man... if Bruce Lee still lives. Imagine if he plays golf.... You can just imagine his swing speed. He could have crush a golf ball with his bare hands. Jason Zuback wont stand a chance for longest drives. | |

| I have been practising the 1 inch golf swing for awhile now. I normally get about 80 meters off my 8 iron. Still working towards reaching 120m. Time to go practise in my sleep now..... Good night GR mates.... Wish me luck in my practise tonight.... | |

This one inch punch is call "Kong Chian" or empty punch. It takes years of practise to perfect. Practitioner uses his inner chi as well as focus to deliver the punch. Start by punching a piece of white paper without touching it and slowly advance to lighted candles. Need to do medition also to master the flow and control of the inner chi and know when to exert the power to the fist. Dun try this at home, cos loosing control will become " walk Fire into demon "

| i fear that USGA, R&A do not believe in 1 inch punch. They call it 'pushing' and you get 1 stroke penalty.

14-1 Ball to be fairly struck at
Q: A player's ball lies close to an out of bounds fence, but there is room behind the ball to insert an iron club or a putter and leave a space of half an inch between the ball and the face of the club. If the player plays a stroke with such a limited backswing, is he in breach of Rule 14-1?
Decision: It is possible to strike a ball fairly with a half inch backswing. However, in most such cases the player would be pushing the ball, contrary to Rule 14-1. In the absence of strong evidence to the contrary, it should be ruled that the player has pushed the ball.
In order to strike the ball fairly, it must be swung at with the clubhead. If the ball is moved by any other method, it has been pushed, scraped or spooned.
If a ball is fairly struck at, there is only momentary contact between the clubhead and the ball or whatever intervenes between the clubhead and the ball.
