It gets balls out of bunkers like a dream..

Never undeestimate the design... I have one too Jason. Its definitely good for beginners who are afraid of bunkers. Sure to get out in one shot. | |

| It is actually amazing how well it works. I have seen people who are deathly afraid of bunkers use this club and are then able to at least get the ball out of the bunker. It is a great design and works quite well. It is also good at extracting the ball from difficult lies (deep rough, etc.). But aside from poor lies and the bunker, in my experience the alien was not that great on normal shots from the fairway as the bounce/leading edge/offset design does not seem to work that well. But as a club for the bunker and poor lies around the green it is quite good in my experience.
