| I notice that compare to the stores in Singapore. Online golf stores have better prices (even with shipping) and also better variety. Shoes for example! So why not a spree section? Lots of local forums these days have their spree section allowing members to shop online together from an overseas site. In return the shipping costs can be shared among them which equates to more savings for everyone. I know i would like to join sprees. So lemming a visor right now from tgw | |

| true...dont exceed $400 (inclusive shipping)
and ensure to compare grouped shipping cost vs split shipping costs. It's like a U curve, there is an optimum weight. Beyond a certain weight, shipping costs get more expensive.
Potential group buys are e.g. 3-4 individual clubs like wedge, putter or hybrid or wood (priced $100 a piece) or shafts, shoes or apparels/headwear.
Iron sets and Drivers may be too heavy or too expensive to combine

Unless all participants are willing to pay 7% GST. Split shipping costs using units. Shoes 3 units Pants 2 units shirts 1 unit CLubs 5 units or more The heavier/bulkier the item the more units it consist so more t pay on shipping. Its only fair to others. Most importantly need a trustworthy person. To handle all the moines and purchases and breakdown Dont want to give him/her the monies then disappear ... Hows the shipping at tgw like? DId a mock check out, It seems direct shipping charges are extremly high. Do you guys usually use vpost?

| buying online will always be cheaper..but it can also be more expensive...worse it can become an obsession.
shoe for sale
i have seen folks coming in with really bad stuff like upright sets, fake Ping, damaged heads, etc...so be careful who you buy from and buy only what you need. good online sites have lots of windows so that you can click a few more things, then a few more things, then more things that you don't need. before you know it, you have a storeroom filled with stuff that you don't need.
i had an ex-colleague (ex-job) who became so obsessed with on-line shopping that she was spending thousands on shoes because it was cheaper than singapore prices. apparently more than half did not fit.
of course golfer's excuse is i just trying out only....

Trust me.. Using Vpost is not any cheaper by that MUCH + risk of losing ur shipment + longer time to ship..
Considering all these, I rather pay a little more and get my stuffs within few days using TGW.com UPS shipping.
