Finally,

after 1 month of ploughing.. i completed my RT torture yesterday night..

clocked 5 points for all static stations and 12min 13 sec for my 2.4km..


the amazing thing is.. i whacked 18h in the morning and took the ippt in the evening.. whahhaahhaa

think will play better golf moving forward!

i can pass the static stations easily..

running part i need to train up a bit before taking test..

i was 14mins on my first try... hence failed Sad

IPT better.. cos its preparation..

RT damn siong..


throughout... i run avg 5-6 kms per session.

the worst was 100m sprints for 6 times with min rest in between..

oh my god...
