His is off blue la. A lot of difference ah.

white and blue only 20 to 50 meter difference leh

warren blue slope is 141 and orchid white is 115. That should translate to 5-6 strokes extra at warren (+4 if youre scratch player)

so what did blee score off white at OCC? 83?
