after reading Ms Lee post i am now very very motivated...

after working out the sums, i will have to send $53k to retrofit a new german steel kitchen system complete with the lastest Bosch kitchen system and stoves. put in the richard mellor knives, alessi accessories....

but would it make me a 5 star Michelin chef.......the answer is obvious.

so nothing changes in the kitchen for now.
