Has anyone used an Impactstik and how was the results?

I bought one couple of months back, have been using it to get my swing in sync.
IMHO I think it has help my game as it gives me feedback on my swing better than a club, it has help on my shots.Use to get lots of duff and tops, now much lesser.

I used one before and liked it. I helped build confidence in my swing and allowed me to develop consistency.

I've not used one for a while... and it's showing.
