Full cover for bag

Hi folks,

I'm looking for one of those full covers for bags, I think it might be a rain cover or similar.
During my game to Batam, I saw one of the bags covered by a full red Taylormade cover, so I was wondering where I can get something similar. It has to be opaque though..

I went around to some shops at Far East looking but they mentioned the closest thing they have is a travel bag, which is a bit too much for my purposes.

Any ideas guys ?
