Turbo has a good point. Also, a down the line clip would review more. From the face-on view, I suspect you might be suffering from a "inside takeaway" problem. Hope I am wrong.

i think u need to put your ball position off your left heel. also looks to me that you are quite a flat swing plane. try to steepen it a little.

if i am not wrong, you hook the ball on back shots?
