Hi Buddies..

I got problem with my swing up impact and follow through part. Upon impact, my spine angle is gone and tendency to straighten my back. And left arm is pulling back at follow through not throwing towards the target. Thus I am loosing power and accuracy. Nth left Smile . Any tips to cure this? Thanks in advance.

My personal view, engage a pro to see your swing and fix the issue...

the money is worth spend on getting a pro to help you.

I was badly affected by the chicken wing and no amount of reading and self correction could rid of the problem.

That is till i seek professional adivse. The wing is less prominent now.

I think it has to do with too much scooping action instead of hitting down. Also the tendency to exert too much force.
That's where and how i got my chicken wing.

But..it's still advisable to seek a Pro's advise before the bad habits get too difficult to correct.

Have fun Smile

According to my coach, for my case will mainly be my setup and specifically the grip. So have to work more on the angle of my grip for a more "natural" release.
