How to increase your club head speed.

Have been trying to increase my distance by increasing my club head speed.
Chanced upon this youtube video, have not tried it yet though.
What do you guys think?

Who will want to play with you if you still improve some more?

not sure about increasing the the club head speed as do not have tracker to track. but i did able to smash my driver and have better penetrating ball flight compare to my usual flat plane swing at range...

Lets see if i can do the same at green when got chance.

Theoretically it makes perfect sense. Perhaps I'll try this when I get some time and provide some feedback.

A lot of golfers who are armsy instead of using ones core to swing the club tend to suffer from "Tennis Elbow" ...

It looks easy from the way they have put it. After trying it out on the course and on the range, Im having problems controlling my ball. Maybe I lack certain understanding in execution.
