| Hi, I've a set of Wilson Di9 irons, graphite shaft (regular). A Callaway Diablo driver at 10.5 deg. YES putter (blade type, can't remember model). Nickent 4DX hybrid - (can't remember it's 3H or 4H). Nickent 3DX hybrid - 3H and 4H. A 56deg PRIDE wedge. Slazenger golf bag. I'm currently working overseas. This is my spare set, use only when I'm back in SG (2 times a year). Irons, wedge, driver and bag are bought new 3 years ago and use about 15-20 times on course. Grips on iron are changed as I don't like the original ones. Prices as follows: a. Everything stated above : $190. b. Irons + wedge + x3 hybrids: $120. Golf bag given free. I'll be back to SG this weekend for 2 wks. Whatsapp me if interested: 91684465.
Merry X'Mas. | |

| Hi, Welcome to taking golf as a sports.
1. I have a Graphite Regular shaft Maruman Red-V2 beginners set for your consideration. This set consists of:-
Irons: 4-9 PW SW Wood: 3, 5 & Hybrid wood Putter: MP-7602
Conditions Average condition 7/10 I have used it for my 10 lessons and PC test
When I was taking my course, beginning of 2013, I brought it for $950 and I want to let it go for $250.
2. If you need a Golf bag, I have a Gosen Stand Bag Grey in colour for $40 (brought at ~$60) which is close to brand new and I only used it once to range.
If interested please do drop me a SMS 82065633.

| Hi Sprockett,
Welcome to GR! May I tell you that you are going to have a one hell of a journey filled with excitement and frustrations in golf! Hehe
As to a golf set..what you said is true....get some irons that are forgiving to start off with as in the next quarter....you r likely just gonna use 7 iron (7i) and pitching wedge (PW) as well as your putter. To shorten the learning curve, I suggest u get a credible coach to start learning the proper technique and then work on it...thrice a week if possible.
It may and will get boring initially but focus on a marker (pin flag say 80m using PW) and keep whacking your balls at it. Getting accuracy is important and is more often then not the crucial thing most players aim for. Also work on putting....seems damn easy but tends to take us 2 strokes per hole (50% for a par 4 and 67% for a par 3 which tends to be 14 out if 18 holes), thus the importance of putting.
As to clubs...my recommendation is TM burner or mizuno mx200 or mx-23 irons using regular shaft as these are some of the more forgiving irons I gathered from my golf kakis.
Lastly....perseverance is the word. Lowering your ego to refrain from using bull strength is the action. Savour the flying balls when they come is the progress achievements.
Enjoy this game my friend.
Cheers | |

| 56 are most sand wedge loft and tends to come with the iron set. 52 and 58/60 degrees are the missing gap in the short game department, thus...pple buy 52 and 58/60. Juz preference. Some would buy 56 to replace their sand wedge which are chunkier....
Juz my 2 cents worth of thought

| I have a set of Cobra Baffler Blades. Not forgiving clubs, but personally, I feel that it is great for training purposes to practice on contact. When you eventually hit the sweet spot, it is super sweet and when you change clubs then, you will find that you shave off about 10 - 20 strokes off your game. Well, that was how I trained then. Let me know if you are interested?
The blades are from 2i - P. Looking at letting it go at $120. 2i - 8i is on titanium shaft (stable shaft that has flex of graphite shaft, so it allows you to whip) 9i - P is on graphite shaft
Let me know if you are interested. I can throw in a free sunday bag and probably a couple of pre-own used balls that I no longer use!

Juz my 2 cents worth of thought Agree. My SW comes with the set. 55deg. I doubt I will get another wedge at 56deg. I'd be looking for a 58 or 60 deg vokey SM4.
