Automatic Topic Monitoring

Folks,

Make sure you disable /un-tick, the options - Notify me when a reply is posted. If you dont, then you will be getting lotsa email tell you that someone posted on the topic that you've posted.

Does anyone know how to disable this permanently? It is kinda generating a lot of unnecessary email traffic...

Disabling the option in your profile will remove the following of new topics. To remove the following of existing topics (i.e. before you disable the option in your profile), do this:

Go to Profile -> Topic is being watched
Uncheck the topics

Taadaah!
